Prof. Rita Koganzon receives the “Excellence in Civic Education Award” given to one K-12 teacher and one professor for extraordinary teaching and student engagement. This is in recognition of Koganzon's work of engaging, educating, and inspiring students while fostering civil discourse and critical thinking.
