A graduate of the Department's Master's program, Mr. Daniel Kritenbrink is now finishing a three-year term as US ambassador to Vietnam. Next week Ambassador Kritenbrink will appear live from Hanoi to discuss the future of US-Vietnam relations with Vice Provost for Global Affairs Stephen Mull and Professor of Foreign Affairs Brantly Womack. The event, co-sponsored by the East Asia Center, UVA Global Affairs, the UVA Center for Politics and the Miller Center, will be held Thursday, March 4, starting at 9:00 p.m. EST (Friday, March 5, 9 a.m. ICT).
